⏰ Working Hours: Monday 7th December - Friday 11th December, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Utilisation Study Worker to support a workplace utilisation study in Greenock.

Workplace utilisation studies provide an accurate picture of how a working environment is used over time. This includes assessing the use of desks, meeting rooms, social spaces, restaurants and cafeteria areas. The role involves carrying out observations throughout the building and recording how different areas are being used.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace utilisation observations across various areas of the building.
• Monitor and record the use of workspaces, including:
• Desks and individual workstations
• Meeting and conference rooms
• Breakout and social spaces
• Restaurants and cafeteria areas
• Ensure all information is recorded accurately and within required timescales.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Confident working in a professional office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in data collection, administration or surveying would be advantageous but is not essential.

Additional Information

This role involves conducting observations across multiple areas of the building and requires regular movement between locations throughout the day.
