Customer Experience Coordinator (TLO) required for a new, long term contract in the Sunderland area.
The Role
Working for a regional construction business, you will be responsible for the provision of support to social housing tenants during planned work on their home. This could new kitchens, bathrooms or windows and new heating installations.
The role involves visiting customers in their homes to explain the planned works, record any individual requirements, and ensure a courteous and considerate service throughout.
The Person
Applications are welcome from people with strong customer facing and admin skills.
Remuneration
£16.00 per hour PAYE.
This is a temporary position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers to the hirer.
