Tenant Liaison Officer

We are recruiting a Tenant Liaison Officer for a re-roofing project in Wythenshawe on a 6-month minimum temp assignment.
Full UK driving licence and valid business insurance is required for this role.

Your new role
A leading building contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment in Wythenshawe is looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team. You'll be the main point of contact for residents throughout re‑roofing schemes- ensuring communication is clear, issues are resolved quickly, and customers feel supported from start to finish.


What you'll need to succeed

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar liaison role
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Confident using client systems and trackers
• A calm, problem‑solving approach

What you'll do

• Liaise with residents, scheme managers and site teams
• Issue pre‑introduction letters and act as the main point of contact
• Complete pre‑entry surveys, including photos/videos of affected areas
• Keep customers updated throughout works and ensure satisfaction on completion
• Manage client systems, trackers and customer claims/compensation requests
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
• Support with tenancy agreement distribution/collection where required
• Liaise with service suppliers (gas, broadband, telephone) when needed
