The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Terms Administrator to join a well-established international business based in Warwick.
This position has become available due to continued business growth and increased workload, with the role evolving from a long-standing part-time position into a full-time opportunity. You'll join a collaborative team where your work directly supports Finance, Sales and Customer Service functions while ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service.

The Role
Working as part of a specialist team, you will be responsible for processing customer terms, retrospective claims and pricing information while ensuring exceptional levels of accuracy and customer service.
The role requires someone who is highly organised, enjoys problem solving and can confidently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process retrospective customer discounts and promotional claims accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Review, validate and process customer claimbacks.
- Process sales commission agreements and associated claims.
- Track customer spend and support monthly accrual reporting.
- Investigate pricing queries and issue credit notes where required.
- Process invoices, credits and customer payment queries.
- Manage the shared Terms inbox and customer enquiries.
- Release approved credit notes through SAP.
- Update pricing tools and master data.
- Maintain confidentiality of commercial pricing information.
- Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, data and processes whilst taking real pride in producing accurate work.
You'll be someone who naturally spots errors, enjoys investigating problems and has the confidence to communicate with colleagues across different departments.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous administration experience within finance, commercial or customer support.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data manipulation.
- Experience processing invoices, credits, claims or pricing information.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to prioritise work within a deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
