Your responsibilities as Territory Sales Manager
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare organisations
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to contract award
  • Develop relationships with procurement, infection prevention, estates and facilities stakeholders
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Grow newly won accounts into long-term partnerships while identifying further opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records and awareness of market and tender activity
What we're looking for in a Territory Sales Manager
  • Field-based sales experience within healthcare or an NHS-facing environment
  • Experience selling into NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers or similar complex organisations
  • Understanding of NHS procurement processes and key stakeholder groups
  • Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and deliver effective customer presentations
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel throughout the territory
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday field-based working.
