Test Engineer in South West

The Role: Fully onsite | 4-day week available

We’re looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to join an established engineering team, supporting the testing and development of complex electronic systems

You’ll be responsible for PCB testing, testing of electronic test systems and diagnosing faults, working closely with the wider design and manufacturing engineering teams

This is a practical role for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with electronics and solving problems rather than simply following a test procedure

What We're Looking For

• Experience in electronics testing, test engineering or electronics manufacturing
• Good understanding of electronic circuits and PCBs
• Hands-on experience with fault finding and diagnostics
• Comfortable using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators etc.
• Able to read and understand schematics and technical drawings
• Experience testing electronic assemblies, systems or equipment
• Able to work independently and investigate problems logically
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

Experience with automated test equipment, production testing or factory acceptance testing would be advantageous.
