Testing & Commissioning Expert

Full-time, contract position, requiring frequent travel to Tallinn, Estonia

This position will involve the right candidate establishing and leading the testing, commissioning and certification regime that takes 142km of new railway to a certified, authorised handover to the Infrastructure Manager, and making that regime credible to the assessment bodies, the client and the Alliance partners.

Requirements: 

- To have led testing and commissioning on a railway that was built new, not renewed or upgraded

- Have commissioned an electrified mainline and were there at first energisation.

- Worked to the TSIs and dealt directly with a notified or assessment body

- Built and run a staged commissioning framework on a programme above EUR 500 million

- Have extensive experience within infrastructure and civils (Please note this role does not require signalling experience)
