Contract: Permanent | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Salary

• Nursery Practitioner – Up to £28,000 per annum
• Room Leader – Up to £32,000 per annum
• Third in Charge – Up to £34,000 per annum
• Nursery Teacher (QTS/EYTS) – Up to £36,000 per annum

About the Role

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are supporting two high-quality nursery settings in Hadden Hill, Oxfordshire, with the recruitment of passionate Early Years professionals.

We're currently recruiting for:

• Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 & Level 3)
• Room Leaders
• Third in Charge
• Nursery Teachers (QTS/EYTS)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5
• Support children's learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Create safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environments
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety and nursery standards
• Plan engaging activities and monitor children's development
• Lead and support room teams where appropriate
• Mentor colleagues and promote high-quality practice
• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery in leadership roles
• Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Practitioners)
• Level 3 or above with leadership experience (Room Leaders & Third in Charge)
• QTS or EYTS (Nursery Teachers)
• Previous UK Early Years or nursery experience
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
