TIG Welder Required

Location: Tamworth
Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:45 – 16:45
Pay: £22.12 per hour Umbrella
Overtime: Available on Fridays and Weekends

We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a busy workshop team in Tamworth on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder with a strong background in stainless steel fabrication and TIG welding to join a well-established engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Working independently and as part of the workshop team

Requirements

• Proven TIG welding experience
• Strong experience working with stainless steel
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 06:45 – 16:45
• Overtime available on Fridays and weekends, subject to workload requirements
