TIG Welder (141) – Aluminium

Location: Worcestershire
Salary: £14.34–£18.50 per hour DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:45–17:00, Friday 07:45–13:00

We are recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder (141) to join an established engineering manufacturer.

You will be responsible for TIG welding aluminium fabrications from 1.5mm to 30mm, working to high-quality and safety-critical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• TIG (141) welding aluminium fabrications
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Setting up and operating TIG welding equipment
• Visual inspection of welds
• Working to production targets and deadlines
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in TIG welding aluminium
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience working to certified or regulated standards
• Strong attention to detail and fine tolerances
• ISO 9606 welding qualification/coding desirable
• Defence, Aerospace, Motorsport, Automotive or Rail experience desirable
