TIG Welder Wanted – Ilkeston, Derby

We're looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join a busy stainless steel fabrication company in Ilkeston, Derby.

This is an immediate start with an initial 2-week contract, but due to a strong workload there's a high likelihood of ongoing work for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Role: TIG Welder
• Location: Ilkeston, Derby
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 2 weeks initially, with ongoing work likely
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: £20.00–£25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Duties

• TIG welding pins onto canopy sections
• Producing high-quality welds to specification
• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven TIG welding experience
• Relevant welding certifications
• Ability to produce high-quality, consistent welds
• Own standard PPE (Hi-Vis, safety boots, etc.)
