Wolviston Management Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced TIG Welder to join their team on a long-term basis in Teesside.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a respected organisation involved in high-quality fabrication and site work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-standard TIG welding on stainless steel and other materials as required
- Work from fabrication drawings and follow precise specifications
- Conduct weld inspections and ensure compliance with relevant codes and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Proven TIG welding experience, particularly with stainless steel
- Valid Site Safety Passport (CCNSG or equivalent) - essential
- Welding codes - highly advantageous
- Ability to work from technical drawings with a high degree of accuracy
- Willingness to work overtime as and when required by the business
- Competitive PAYE hourly rate of £21.50
- 38-hour working week with overtime available
