There's real satisfaction in stepping back from a finished job and knowing your workmanship makes all the difference.

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting a Mosaic Tiler for a business specialising in bespoke swimming pools and wellness facilities. Based at its Beverley factory, you'll help create striking tiled finishes, with occasional site work taking you through to installation.

If you enjoy precise, hands-on work and want to put your tiling skills into distinctive projects, this is an opportunity to make your mark and secure a permanent position.

• £20 per hour for your skills and attention to detail.

• Regular weekday hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

• A route into permanent employment following a successful 12-week temporary period.

• Interesting, specialist projects within the pool and wellness industry.

• Variety across factory and site work, helping you see projects take shape.

• Travel, accommodation and food expenses covered when working away.

• A visible result from your work, with quality finishes you can take pride in.

Working alongside the team, you'll carry out mosaic tiling associated with pool and wellness projects. Your duties will include:

• Preparing surfaces to achieve a sound, clean and even base.

• Measuring and setting out tiled areas accurately.

• Cutting, positioning and fitting mosaic tiles and sheets.

• Applying suitable adhesives and grout to project requirements.

• Maintaining consistent spacing, alignment and patterns.

• Completing neat edges, corners and detailed finishes.

• Checking finished work and correcting imperfections.

• Keeping tools and work areas clean, organised and safe.

• Supporting occasional site installations, including overnight stays when required.

You'll have practical tiling experience, a steady hand and the patience to deliver a precise finish. Experience working with mosaic tiles would be particularly valuable.

We're looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in neat, accurate workmanship.

• Has a strong eye for detail, alignment and consistency.

• Can use tiling tools confidently and safely.

• Is reliable, practical and works well within a team.

• Can follow instructions and work to project requirements.

• Can work flexibly between the Beverley factory and occasional sites, including staying away overnight.

Bring your tiling skills and attention to detail to projects where the finish makes the difference.
