Timber Production Operative

IMH Recruitment are currently recruiting for a permanent Production Operative to join our client based in South Kirkby.

Do you have previous experience working with timber or in a woodwork environment? If so, this could be the opportunity for you!

The Role

As a Timber Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Working with timber and wood-based materials
• Wrapping sheets ready for dispatch
• Using a range of handheld tools
• Following health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience working with timber – essential
• Have experience using machinery and/or handheld tools
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have a good work ethic
• Be willing to learn and develop new skills
• Be able to work well as part of a team

Hours & Pay

£26,500 – £28,000 per annum

Location: South Kirkby

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
