Salary: £34,000 per annum (including shift allowance)
Hours
Rotating shifts:
- Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
The Role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Tool Engineer to support the manufacture, maintenance and repair of production tooling within a busy engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair tooling.
- Carry out preventative maintenance.
- Support production during tooling breakdowns.
- Diagnose tooling issues.
- Work from engineering drawings.
- Maintain high quality standards.
Requirements
Essential
- Previous Tool Engineering or Toolmaking experience.
- Engineering or manufacturing background.
- Strong fault-finding ability.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
