Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Due to continued expansion, this established planning consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to work as part of their Peterborough based team. The successful Town Planner will be responsible for delivering expert planning advice to their clients within the residential, mixed used, rural and commercial sectors.

Qualifications:

In this instance applications are sought from candidates with a minimum of two year's planning experience and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards this).

Responsibilities:

Within the role the successful Town Planner / Senior Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
