This is an incredible opportunity to join a large, ambitious vineyard and agricultural estate set within the Kent countryside.

With hundreds of acres of land, extensive vineyard operations and a strong focus on organic and regenerative farming, this is anything but a standard Tractor Driver position. The estate combines viticulture, agriculture, conservation and land management, creating a working environment where no two days are likely to look the same.

As the estate continues to develop, they’re now looking for an experienced Tractor Driver to become a key part of the team.

The Opportunity

You’ll work across a large and varied estate, operating tractors and agricultural machinery while supporting the day-to-day running of the vineyard and wider land.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in looking after machinery and wants variety rather than doing the same job every day.

Depending on the season, you could be working within the vineyard, supporting land management, assisting with cultivation or carrying out general agricultural work across the estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and agricultural machinery safely and effectively.
• Support vineyard and wider estate operations throughout the year.
• Carry out cultivation, mowing, spraying and general land-management activities.
• Support seasonal vineyard work and harvesting operations.
• Complete routine checks and basic maintenance on tractors and equipment.
• Identify machinery issues and report or resolve problems where appropriate.
• Work safely around vineyard teams, livestock and other estate operations.
• Maintain high standards of care across machinery and equipment.
• Adapt to changing priorities depending on weather, season and operational requirements.
• Support the wider estate team wherever required.

About You

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience operating tractors within agriculture, farming, viticulture or a similar environment.
• Confidence operating a range of agricultural machinery.
• A strong understanding of machinery safety and day-to-day maintenance.
• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
• Flexibility to work across different areas of a busy estate.
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.

Previous vineyard experience would be beneficial, but strong agricultural or farming experience would also translate extremely well.
