We're seeking a commercially minded Trading Manager to lead a busy retail operation, drive sales performance and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop retail teams
- Drive sales, margin and KPI performance
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Support stock control and commercial planning
- Act as Duty Manager and support the wider leadership team
About You
- Strong retail management experience
- Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Proven people leader with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about customer service and team development
