A73 Traffic / Plant Marshal – Night Shift

Location: Oxfordshire
Start Date: Monday 21st September 2026
Duration: Up to 3 weeks
Shift: Nights
Rate: £23.00–£24.00 per hour CIS

We are looking for 2 experienced CPCS A73 Traffic / Plant Marshals to work on a short-term infrastructure project near Witney, Oxfordshire.

The project involves site clearance works and will initially run for up to 3 weeks on night shifts.

Duties will include:

• Marshalling and controlling plant and vehicle movements
• Directing vehicles safely around the site
• Maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation
• Assisting with deliveries and site logistics
• Communicating with plant operators and site teams
• Ensuring all movements are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS A73 Plant and Vehicle Marshaller ticket
• In-date Safety Critical Medical – essential
• Previous experience working as a Traffic / Plant Marshal
• Good understanding of site safety and plant movements
• Available to start Monday 21st September
• Able to work night shifts for the duration of the project
