We are seeking 2x experienced Traffic Marshalls/Banksmen for our client’s ongoing project in the Oxford area.

Job Title: Traffic Marshall/Banksman
Location: Oxford OX1
Pay Rate: £17 per hour
Hours: 7:30–17:00, Monday–Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Tuesday, 01/09/2026

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Valid Traffic Marshall Ticket
• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall/Banksman
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Duties include:

• Manning exclusion zones
• Banking vehicles safely into and out of the site
• Assisting with site traffic management
• Ensuring vehicles and pedestrians are kept safe within the site
