The Role

Actively banking and guiding heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) and site plant safely in tight spaces.
Acting as the primary point of contact at the gate, coordinating closely with site management and delivery drivers.
Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and the general public outside the site boundaries.
Maintaining a clear, safe, and organized gate and access area.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
CPCS Traffic Marshall Ticket OR NPORS (with CSCS hologram).
Proven Experience: You must have a solid track record of banking vehicles on physically challenging, tight, or restricted sites.
Excellent Communication Skills: You must be confident, clear, and assertive on the radio and face-to-face. Fluent English is essential to safely coordinate drivers.
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis trousers and vest, steel toe cap boots).
Two checkable site references demonstrating your reliability and banking ability.
