Traffic Marshal – Worthing

Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £15 - £17 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy construction project in Worthing.

This is a varied role that will suit someone who is happy to be hands-on and assist with a range of site duties when traffic management responsibilities are not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely direct and manage vehicle movements on and around site
• Act as the designated Traffic Marshal/Banksman for deliveries and plant movements
• Assist with general labouring duties across the site
• Maintain welfare facilities, including cleaning and restocking where required
• Support site management in keeping work areas safe, tidy, and organised
• Help with site set-up, deliveries, and material movement
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman certificate
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience working on construction sites
• Willingness to undertake labouring and welfare duties as part of the role
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Full PPE required
