Hours: 12-hour shifts
Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm
We are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall / Banksman to join a busy construction site in the OX18 area.
Duties- Directing and marshalling vehicles safely around site
- Managing site traffic and vehicle movements
- Assisting with deliveries and site access
- Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles are kept safely separated
- Communicating clearly with drivers and site personnel
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman qualification
- Previous construction site experience
- Good understanding of site safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
