Trainee Accounts Executive

Your new companyA rapidly growing organisation based in Tewkesbury is looking to recruit a Trainee Accounts Executive on a permanent basis. Your new roleAs a Trainee Accounts Executive, you will support the accounts team with a range of financial and administrative duties while gaining exposure to all aspects of the finance function.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with reconciliations and account administration
• Updating and managing data across internal systems
• Supporting the wider accounts team with day-to-day tasks
• Using Excel to organise and analyse financial information
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop within the role

This is a full-time, permanent position, working from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and is fully office-based in Tewkesbury.
What you'll need to succeed

• An interest in developing a career within finance and accounts
• Previous finance experience is beneficial but not essential
• Strong motivation, ambition, and a willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office with Excel skills is highly desirable
• A proactive approach and the desire to progress within a growing business
