Build Recruitment are looking for a Trainee Contracts Supervisor to support an experienced Contracts Manager with void and planned works.
This is a great opportunity for someone with trade experience or a background in social housing repairs who is looking to progress into contract supervision.
Key Duties- Carry out property surveys and inspections.
- Complete quality checks and snagging.
- Support works sign-off.
- Coordinate appointments with residents, contractors and surveyors.
- Take photographs and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with residents and contractors.
- Report any issues, defects or delays.
- Support the Contracts Manager with day-to-day duties.
- Trade background or experience in social housing/repairs preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Comfortable using a phone/tablet for reporting.
- Confident dealing with residents.
- Keen to learn and progress.
- Able to follow established processes and systems.
- Willing to complete a DBS check.
Full training provided with a clear progression route to Contracts Supervisor.
You'll work directly alongside an experienced Contracts Manager, gaining practical experience in inspections, quality control, contractor management and resident liaison.
