Do you enjoy helping people and making a good first impression? Our client is looking for friendly, reliable individuals in Nottingham to join their team as Trainee Customer Service Assistants. You'll be the face of the brands you represent, helping customers understand their options and find the right solution.

You don't need any previous experience. All you need is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided, with real opportunities to progress.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Welcoming and engaging customers in person
• Answering questions and explaining products and services clearly
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right option
• Supporting customers through the sign-up or purchase process
• Building lasting customer relationships through excellent service
• Working towards personal and team goals
• Attending regular training and development sessions
