Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Trainee Export Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Aberdeen.

- Support the Export team with daily administrative duties
- Learn and assist with export documentation and customs paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with couriers, transport providers and logistics partners.
- Update proof of delivery (POD) information and shipment records.
- Arrange collections and deliveries.
- Coordinate courier bookings.
- Develop knowledge of export processes and customs compliance.
- Progress into air and ocean freight operations as experience grows.
