What you'll be doing
- Learning processes of how money moves in and out of the business, starting from the ground up.
- Handling invoices, processing supplier payments and managing incoming payments, resolving any queries or discrepancies.
- Playing an active role in the collaborative month-end process.
- Running reports.
- Answering calls professionally and responding to emails via the shared inbox.
What you'll need
- Above all, a genuine desire to build a career in finance.
- GCSE Maths at grade C/4 or above.
- Some experience using a computer or laptop, and basic typing skills.
- Communication skills – to liaise with suppliers and colleagues.

Hours
39.5 hours per week: 8 hours Monday to Thursday, with a 30-minute early finish on Friday. You’ll have one hour for lunch.
