Trainee Glass Production Operative

Location: Braintree

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Trainee Glass Production Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and looking to develop practical skills within a supportive production environment.

Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for an entry-level candidate wanting to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

As part of the production team, you'll receive training to:

• Measure glass accurately using specialist equipment
• Operate machinery to cut glass safely and precisely
• Assemble glass products to customer specifications
• Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
• Read and interpret basic measurements and production instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work effectively as part of a friendly and supportive team

Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or window manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
