Role Purpose & Overview

As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients across the UK looking for specialised insurance cover for non-standard home and motor insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Contact provided leads to quote, sell, and cross-sell personal lines insurance products (home and car insurance).
• Customer Relationship Management: Provide expert advice to new and existing customers regarding policy adjustments, mid-term amendments, and renewals.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed personal monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent quality standards.
• Compliance & FCA Regulation: Ensure all sales practices strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
• Client Retention: Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and speed to maximize retention.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with insurance companies, underwriters, and internal branch managers.
