The opportunity

Are you looking to begin a career in marketing? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and creative Trainee Marketing Executive to join our team in Chessington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to move into marketing for the first time. You don’t need previous experience—we’re looking for curiosity, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll help to:

• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns and websites

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns

• Research customers, competitors and industry trends

• Assist with events, promotions and other marketing activities

• Update marketing materials and digital channels

• Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports

• Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and external partners

• Bring fresh ideas to team discussions and creative projects

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in developing a career in marketing

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital platforms

• Creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn

• A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach

• A degree or equivalent qualification would be welcomed, but is not essential

Previous marketing experience is not required. We’re more interested in your potential, enthusiasm and willingness to get involved.
