Trainee MIG Welder

  • Monday to Friday | Day Shifts Only

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trainee MIG Welder to join their growing manufacturing team in Mildenhall.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience who is looking to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career within a well-established business.

Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for someone with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn. Before joining the welding team on the shop floor, you'll undertake a structured 2-4 week training programme designed to provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

What They're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • A genuine interest in learning MIG welding.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability, with the ability to demonstrate 90% or greater attendance in previous employment.
  • A positive, motivated attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to completing the training programme and developing a long-term career.
