The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Nottingham, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin a rewarding career within the legal profession.
Working alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals, the successful candidate will receive comprehensive training while gaining valuable practical experience across a range of legal matters. Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Paralegal, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and legal support to solicitors and fee earners.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court forms under supervision.
- Opening, maintaining and closing client files in accordance with firm procedures.
- Conducting legal research and collating relevant information.
- Liaising professionally with clients, third parties and external organisations.
- Managing diaries, appointments and meetings for the legal team.
- Organising and maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based case files.
- Handling incoming calls, emails and post.
- Supporting the team to ensure matters progress efficiently.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

Desirable
- Previous office, administration or customer service experience.
- Experience working within a legal or professional services environment.
