This growing pest control specialist provides proactive and preventative pest control solutions to a wide range of domestic and commercial clients across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. With a strong focus on staff development and wellbeing, the company will provide full training and support you through a recognised pest control apprenticeship, giving you the skills and qualifications needed to build a long-term career within the industry.

In this role, you will visit a variety of commercial and domestic sites across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, working alongside experienced technicians while learning how to identify pest issues and deliver effective preventative and treatment solutions. You will receive full training towards your BPCA Level 2 qualification and develop the skills needed to work independently across a variety of sites.

The role offers an autonomous working environment with 8-hour days, flexible start times and plenty of overtime available. You will gain hands-on experience across a range of sites while developing a recognised qualification and practical skills within the pest control industry.

This role would suit someone looking to start a career in Pest Control who is practical, reliable and willing to learn. No previous pest control experience is required, with full training and an apprenticeship provided from day one.

The Role:

· Field-based role covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas

· Full training and apprenticeship provided

· Training towards BPCA Level 2 qualification

· Carrying out proactive and preventative pest control services

· Attending a variety of commercial and domestic sites

· Working alongside experienced Pest Control Technicians

· 8-hour days with flexible start times, 40 hours per week

· Significant overtime and commission available

· Company vehicle provided

The Person:

· No previous Pest Control experience required

· Comfortable working in a field-based role across different sites

· Full UK driving licence

· Based in Oxfordshire or the surrounding areas
