Trainee Pool Engineer

Position: Trainee Pool Engineer

Location: Mobile - London and surrounding areas

Salary: £25,350 - £30,000 (DOE)

We currently have an opportunity available to join a leading, family-run maintenance contractor who offer services to high-end clients within the residential leisure industry, including servicing, maintenance and repairs on luxury swimming pool and spa equipment.

• Shadow an experienced Swimming Pool Engineer during their day-to-day jobs, including completing servicing, planned maintenance and reactive system breakdown repairs
• Travelling to multiple sites a day across London and the home counties, mostly within luxury residential housing
• Learning about and eventually completing maintenance on pumps, filters, dosing units, pool covers, and associated plant room equipment
• Providing excellent customer service on site including providing technical support and assistance to clients

• A hands-on background within the leisure industry is highly desirable, with backgrounds such as plumbing and general maintenance also considered
• Any experience completing tasks such as swimming pool backwashing, testing/balancing chemicals and general pool maintenance would be highly desirable
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Based within a 1 hour 30 minute commute of London

• Basic salary £25,350 - £30,000, depending on experience
