Salary: £27,378 per annum + PM Shift allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday 14.00- 22.00 (Fri 13.00-20.00)
Whilst training 6.00-14.00 shift

We are recruiting for a Trainee Production Operative to join an established business offering full training and the opportunity to learn specialist production processes.
This could suit someone looking to start a career within a hands-on production environment or someone looking to develop their existing skills.
The Role
- Learning to operate specialist production equipment
- Preparing components for processing
- Following work instructions and specifications
- Carrying out visual and quality checks
- Ensuring work meets required quality standards
- Completing basic production documentation
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Following health and safety procedures
- Working as part of the wider production team
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable in a practical, hands-on role
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Quality focused with good attention to detail
- A good team player
- Previous manufacturing, production or engineering experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
