Trainee Production Team Leader

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Trainee Night Shift Team Leader on behalf of our client based in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional looking to progress into a leadership role with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Permanent Night Shift
• Lead, motivate and support the night shift production team.
• Operate production machinery when required.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Monitor health & safety, housekeeping and workplace standards.
• Complete shift handovers and production documentation.
• Allocate labour to meet production demands.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Report machine performance and maintenance issues.
• Work closely with management to ensure efficient production operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Machine operating experience.
• Ability to work using your own initiative.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to develop into a leadership role.
