Recruitment experience is not required but some type of saes experience is essential - and, if you posses the qualities above and enjoy making and building new client and candidate relationships, they will take the time to invest in you to develop your skills in recruitment to reward your hard work and commitment.
In the role you'll manage the full recruitment process, building relationships with clients and sourcing and building rapport and understanding with relevantly qualified candidates and then managing the process to make the perfect match for both your client and your candidate. Working roles across the Business Support sector you'll manage the full process from using the right vacancy marketing platforms and tools, creating engaging role descriptions, screening and sourcing candidates, helping negotiate and agree salary packages where relevant and document and support the process to a successful conclusion.
As a motivated, natural communicator you'll also use a variety of outreach tools to identify opportunities and build new client relationships and you'll get a real kick out of finding great roles for your candidates and enjoying the revenue and commissions that will bring.
While you don't need recruitment experience they are looking for some sales experience and evidence of a committed, driven, career-orientated professional with the right attitude and clear potential to succeed. If you feel you have the confidence, communication skills, are motivated by targets and gaining recognition for your hard work, with proven resilience and a proactive attitude, then we'd be delighted to tell you more.
