Salary: £25,000 + Bonus + Commission

· Work across our healthcare divisions to gain a deep understanding of the industry and client demands.

· Utilise your academic and sector knowledge to understand complex client recruitment needs, consistently exceeding their delivery requirements.

· Move beyond posting traditional adverts by focusing on thorough research and proactively reaching out to the best healthcare professionals to build your network.

· Build long-term relationships with candidates, guiding them through their career transitions with credibility and care.

· Monitor candidate files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.

· Act as an ambassador for Levicare, ensuring service quality and demonstrating our core values in every interaction.
