Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum plus Uncapped Commission up to 25% + Bonus Incentives

This is a full-time office-based role in our Harrow office. Hybrid or remote working is not available.

About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll work within the education sector, helping schools find outstanding teaching and support staff while supporting candidates in securing rewarding opportunities.

You'll receive comprehensive training covering every aspect of recruitment, allowing you to develop into a successful Recruitment Consultant.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with schools across London and the surrounding areas.
• Speaking with teachers and support staff about new opportunities.
• Advertising vacancies and attracting quality candidates.
• Interviewing and registering candidates.
• Matching candidates to suitable school vacancies.
• Managing bookings and arranging interviews.
• Providing outstanding customer service to schools and candidates.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Working towards achievable targets with the support of an experienced team.
• Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.

Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or office experience is beneficial but not essential.
