Evergood Associates is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at our modern Head Office in Hertford. Starting salary is up to £30,000 including bonus, with clear progression to Recruitment Consultant level and significant future earning potential.

The Role

During your first year, your primary focus will be supporting and then leading key compliance activities, developing the skills and relationships required for progression into a Recruitment Consultant role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and developing the Compliance Team

• Building strong relationships with prospective and existing candidates

• Facilitating and expediting compliance processes

• Preparing documentation and supporting National Framework and Private Sector compliance audits

• Developing candidate management and relationship-building skills

• Learning the recruitment process and preparing for promotion to Recruitment Consultant

Working Hours

• 8:00am – 5:00pm or

• 9:00am – 6:00pm
