Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Data Center Network Infrastructure (German Speaker)

City of London (Liverpool Street) | Uncapped Commission

You speak fluent German, and we’ll show you how to turn it into a career. We’re growing our EU team and looking for a German speaker to recruit into the data center network infrastructure market across DACH.

Most new recruiters have to work out a market from scratch. You’ll join an established EU team, learn from consultants already working in the region, and have a language edge that most recruiters in London don’t.

The role

You’ll run your own desk and manage the process from first contact to placement:

• Finding and approaching network and data center infrastructure professionals across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in German, and learning what motivates them
• Working with clients to understand what each role needs
• Managing interviews, feedback, negotiation and offers
• Building your knowledge of data center networking and infrastructure
• Working to individual targets, with commission that rises as you do

Who we’re looking for

No recruitment experience is needed. You might be a graduate, or come from sales, hospitality or another customer-facing job. You must be fluent in German. What matters is that you:

• Are fluent in German and comfortable holding a business conversation on the phone
• Are motivated by targets and want your pay to reflect your results
• Can talk to all sorts of people and build rapport quickly
• Stay organised and keep going when a week doesn’t go your way
• Want to learn fast and take ownership of your own desk
