What you'll need

• Previous recruitment consultancy experience, ideally within a 360 role
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and KPIs
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Confident managing recruitment processes from brief to placement
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Commercially driven, organised and resilient
• Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences

What you'll be doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement
• Developing and growing your own client and candidate portfolio
• Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing and engaging high quality candidates
• Providing market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice
• Delivering an outstanding experience for clients and candidates
• Building long term partnerships through excellent service
• Identifying growth opportunities within your market
• Contributing ideas and expertise to support the growth of i2i Recruitment
