About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Purley, specialising in the recruitment and supply of HGV Drivers.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. Full training and support will be provided, so previous recruitment experience is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting HGV drivers and building a strong candidate database
• Speaking with candidates by phone and understanding their availability and experience
• Advertising vacancies and attracting new drivers
• Registering and completing compliance checks on new candidates
• Matching suitable drivers to client requirements
• Taking and filling driver bookings
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
• Managing daily driver availability
• Making outbound calls to candidates and clients
• Working as part of a busy recruitment team
• Providing excellent customer service to both clients and drivers
