This is a great opportunity for a motivated graduate or career-starter to break into recruitment. You'll receive full training and work alongside an experienced team, helping to place teachers and support staff in schools across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Wiltshire.
What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing and screening education staff
Writing adverts and managing applications
Conducting phone interviews and compliance checks
Supporting consultants with candidate placements
Progressing into full 360 recruitment, including client work

Strong communication and organisational skills
Interest in education or recruitment
No experience needed - just drive and a great attitude
