The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training in the recruitment process while developing valuable sales, business development and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Building relationships with clients and job seekers
- Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
- Developing new business opportunities
- Conducting sales calls and client meetings
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy to placement
- Working towards KPIs, targets and commission goals
About You
We're looking for attitude and potential rather than recruitment experience.
You will have:
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, resilient and motivated attitude
- A target-driven or sales-focused mindset
- Confidence building relationships with others
- Ambition to develop a long-term career
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
