Autograph Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for a confident and motivated person to join our friendly Chepstow team.

No previous recruitment experience is required. You may currently work in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or administration—or perhaps you’re a graduate looking to begin a rewarding commercial career.

What matters most is that you enjoy speaking with people, are comfortable picking up the phone and have the determination to succeed.

You’ll receive full training and support while learning how to find talented candidates, build strong relationships and help people secure their next opportunity. As your experience grows, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role and benefit from uncapped commission.

What will you be doing?

  • Finding candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and our database

  • Speaking with candidates about their experience and career goals

  • Interviewing and registering new candidates

  • Writing and advertising vacancies

  • Matching people with suitable job opportunities

  • Building lasting relationships with candidates

  • Supporting the wider team with shortlists and interview arrangements

  • Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
