We're recruiting for a Trainee Slaughter &/or Boning Operative to join a well-established, high-end organic multi-species meat producer. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn specialist skills from experienced professionals within a business renowned for its quality and welfare standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Learning slaughter and boning techniques across multiple livestock species
• Preparing meat products to the highest quality standards
• Working in line with food hygiene, health & safety and animal welfare regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Developing specialist butchery skills through full training

What we're looking for:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a food production environment
• Previous experience is not required – full training will be provided
