Trainee Travel Consultant

Travel Consultant Duties:

• Arranging bespoke trips overseas from Europe to the Caribbean.
• Delivering cutting-edge, five-star customer service from a client’s first inquiry to their return home.
• Communicating with clients over the phone and via email.
• Calculating travel rates.
• Uploading a range of travel properties and information to the website.
• Processing all associated administrative tasks.

Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:

• Sales and customer service experience is ideal or a travel graduate
• Passion for the travel industry
• Able to work in the office full time – one a day week from home possible after probation
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent maths skills
