Salary & Benefits
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role
In this hybrid position, you'll deliver engaging training programmes and support apprentices through their learning journey, helping them develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve professional success.
Working closely with colleagues and managers across the business, you'll ensure learning is practical, impactful and aligned to organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, professional and high-quality learning experiences, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Facilitate a range of classroom-based training events across the business.
- Coach, mentor and support apprentices throughout their apprenticeship programmes.
- Assess learner competence against apprenticeship standards and provide constructive developmental feedback.
- Help learners successfully complete their training programmes and achieve apprenticeship qualifications.
- Build strong relationships with managers to ensure learning outcomes support business objectives.
- Contribute to the development, review and continuous improvement of learning materials and programmes.
- Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with apprenticeship and awarding body requirements.
- Champion a safe, inclusive and respectful working environment, actively supporting and upholding our safeguarding commitments and the principle of 'Do No Harm'.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about developing others and can inspire learners to achieve their full potential.
You Will Have:
- Experience delivering classroom-based training, workshops or formal learning programmes, or experience assessing qualifications.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and communication skills.
- The ability to motivate and engage a diverse range of learners.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A passion for learning, development and continuous improvement.

- Certificate in the Principles of Recruitment Practice

Additional Information
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
